Website access and hosting
This website is hosted by HostProfis ISP Telekom GmbH, Hans-Sittenberger-Str. 13, 9500 Villach, Austria. Technical access data includes IP address, time, requested pages, browser, operating system and, where available, referrer and internet provider. Processing supports delivery, stability and security, based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. HostProfis states that web access logs are deleted within 31 days. See HostProfis privacy information.
Contact by email or telephone
We process the contact details and message content you provide to handle and respond to your enquiry. For contractual and pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your message. Providing information is voluntary; without suitable contact details, we may be unable to reply. Email links open your email application; the website has no contact form. We also use HostProfis as the technical provider for our email mailbox. Retention follows the criteria below.
Cookies and embedded content
The current ARA website code does not use cookies, LocalStorage or SessionStorage. No analytics or marketing services, social media embeds or embedded video players are integrated. Images, scripts, stylesheets and the linked PDF article are served from our own webspace. Fonts use the system fonts available on your device. Technical processing by the hosting provider is described in the hosting section.
External links
Links to clients, broadcasters and other external websites are ordinary links. Clicking them takes you to another website, whose operator is responsible for processing your data there.
Retention and deletion
We delete completed enquiries once the personal data is no longer needed to handle the enquiry or related follow-up questions. Where statutory retention obligations apply, or data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, the relevant data is retained for that period and then deleted. No automatic deletion after a fixed number of days is promised. According to the hosting provider, web access logs are retained for no more than 31 days.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, contact office@richardpichler.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Austria: Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions
The functions of this website do not make automated decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects and do not create visitor profiles.
